Solutions for PC BIOS Checks
Large qty of non-NT machines
Use a tool that breaks the PCs into groups by calculating CRCs, then manually test one of each group with RighTime’s test2000.exe
Test each PC manually using test2000.exe, but it passes as compliant unless it says Y2KPCPRO can not fix it
- PCs shut off over the turn of the century are guaranteed not to have an RTC problem (but may still have a BIOS problem)
- First action after Y2K is to have each user check the date
