Trigger dates

• Programmers and/or users may have set up certain dates in specific fields to have a special meaning, such as a process that will never end

  • If a user did this, they probably used a date far in the future, such as “12/31/99”
  • If a programmer did this, he could have used any date, but some fictitious date after December 31, ’99 is likely

• In either case, you do not want to age that date
